Our cancellation policy is strictly a minimum of 72 hours. However, we kindly request a minimum of one week. Lessons cancelled under 72 hours will not be refunded.
Last minute cancellations and no-shows have a huge impact on small businesses.
Please remember that when you book an appointment that time is reserved for you. If you cancel a lesson at short notice it is often too late to fill the time slot with another learner. This can result in a significant loss of income. Please be considerate.
